I rented my current place from stout sight unseen, in Louisville when I was in Kansas City. They provided me a VC walk through of the property and their staff were always very pleasant and responsive. The property is clean and I enjoy it.

I’m not a shill and I have no business connections with them so if you are looking around for a rental, you can trust them.

I only leave this review because there are bad companies out there that prey on people and that is not good for society as a whole.

"Lived in a Bill Stout property over the last year and only moved out due to needing a bigger place. We always had great communication from Chris Stout and maintenance requests were usually done quickly and the maintenance workers were always very polite and helpful. They worked with us on move in dates and were very understanding and fair with our move out. The property tour guides are awesome and knowledgeable about the area, Mary was our favorite! The online portal was nice for keeping track of rent and for entering maintenance requests. Would recommend one of their properties to anyone in the Louisville area."
