RENTAL APPLICATION & REQUIREMENTS

THE APPLICATION PROCESS (2017)

STEP 1: REVIEW OUR REQUIREMENTS

You may view our requirements below before scheduling an appointment or you can get pre-qualified over the phone by one of our Leasing Professionals. Our requirements for rental are as follows, please review them carefully.

Applicants must have a credit score of 620 or better to be considered for rental. We must be able to verify income of at least three (3) times the rent in order to be considered for rental. We reserve the right to reject applications with previous eviction history, court actions, criminal backgrounds, collections, balances owed to another Landlord, or a bankruptcy in the last 3 years.

*Prospective Tenants/Applicants must be pre-qualified over the phone or submit to us the “Rental Pre-qualification Sheet” prior to viewing the property.

STEP 2: VIEW THE PROPERTY

You must physically inspect the property after it has been prepped for rental before applying. In addition, appointments to view the property must be confirmed no later than two (2) hours from the scheduled appointment time by calling 502-425-7368, option 1.

STEP 3: APPLY ONLINE

We provide easy online rental applications through RESIDENT RESEARCH for your convenience. Please note, your application will be reviewed within 48 hours of submission.

STEP 4: PAY THE DEPOSIT WITHIN 2 DAYS

If your application is accepted you will be notified via phone or email. Following acceptance, applicants will have 48 hours to pay the required deposit. If the deposit is not received within 48 hours of acceptance, the application will be cancelled and may not be considered in the future.

STEP 5: SET UP A MOVE IN DATE WITHIN 2 WEEKS

Once the deposit is received we collect the 1st month’s rent in full along with a signed Lease. Following the first rental payment keys will be furnished… welcome to your new home!
