Our company takes processing your application very seriously and we want to be as transparent as possible about our procedures to help everyone involved. Our company runs various background checks to determine your application’s acceptance, the checks are as follows:
1. Applicants must have a credit score of 620 or greater to be considered for rental.
2. Verification of income is required- applicants must have documentation of at least 3x the rental amount. Combined income from multiple applicants may be considered.
3. We run nationwide eviction scans.
4. We look for “recent” bankruptcies (if you experienced a bankruptcy within the last 3 years, this is considered “recent”).
5. We run a Nationwide Criminal Background Check.
6. Our units are non-smoking.
7. “Aggressive Breed” animals are not allowed (i.e. Pit-Bull, Doberman Pinscher, German Shepard, etc.).
8. We will attempt to acquire Landlord references- if applicable.
9. Applicants must be willing to sign the lease and begin paying rent within 21 days of filling out the online application. Please report your earliest move in date on the pre-application.
10. Applications are prioritized and reviewed in the order they are received.

Note: Co-signors may be considered for applicants who do not meet minimum requirements for either the income portion and or the credit portion.
